  • Create your own website related to your interests / Make your own vlog. These might allow you to virtually connect with people who have similar interests.
  • Play an instrument.
  • Compose music. Flat is a good software to use if you want to do it online.

  • Take a hot bath. Approx. 41-42 degrees of water will help improve your blood circulation.
  • Burn some aromatherapy oils. They will not only make you calm, they also help balance your automatic nervous system.
  • Listen to your favorite music. Pop, jazz, romantic, classic… it’s all up to your mood.
  • Meditate. It could lead to reducing stress.

  • Stretch your body.
  • Do yoga/ pilates.
  • Train your muscles. You could start with 20-30 times a day of burpees each day to work your whole body without any equipment.
  • Dance. You could find Youtube Videos to practice. Dancing could lead to improving condition of your lungs.

  • Start learning a language. Languages help broaden your horizons. Duolingo is a good app to use if you want to start learning a new language.
  • Cook. Self catering could lead to reducing carbohydrate levels.
